Thank you. Your truck and ZL1 Camaro are a nice combination. I saw a black ZL1 Camaro on the road over the weekend and my eyes were glued on it as it cruised by me.

So I went for a nice ride last night being it was around 70 degrees most of the day . Took a nice pic of my bike after my Goofy Uncle and brother got out of my way

Its a Vulcan Nomad 1500 , yes I make it look small. im a big guy around 6' 5" about 200 pounds now , gained a lot of weight after I got hurt

The two things that make me happy. I know it's little but 60MPG is what matters for an euro peasant. Weighs less than some people, too.

Leave the bird in the pic, just remove the shit...thanks! 60mpg is nothing to sneeze at, must be great to get that kind of mileage.
 
I just picked this up in time for summer for 10 bucks. It was free at first..........anyway. Things been sitting in a warehouse for 20 years. After getting it home. I tore it down a bit and in 4 hours I was riding it. What can I say. The Jap's know how to make a bike. It's a 79 Yamaha sx750se but the seat plate said 78 motor. Don't know what that means.

IF A certain part/motor was made before the 6th or 7th month(not sure) it is considered the previous year make. So if that motor was made in January of '79, it would be considered a '78.

Nice , for 10 bucks that's a hell of a deal bro. will be a fun summer for you . I have always had a bike , nice , old ,ugly ect . As long as its two wheels and wind in face im happy. Nice find.

So it's a 78 and the guy bought it in 79 then.

This is the look that I'm going to do to it. 80's tank. Cafe seat and newer forks.

you can always take the SN to your local Yamaha dealer and have them run a check on it to get exact manf. date
 
just look up the vin # if you don't have a title yet.
should be at the neck of the bike near front forks
 
Lucky bastard lol. Don't find deals like that everyday. I have not had a deal like that in many years.
 
Same guy same day. My buddy gets a car off of for 300 buck with 54,000 on it. 90 OLD's with the 2.4L

Fucker could have got it for 2. Old guy that had money and didn't give a fuck. Bless him :) He was looking for the right guy to give it too. Since the both of us are made in 78. I think he found the right guy.
