You won't notice a MAJOR difference between your 720p vs a 1080p on that size, depending on your graphics settings (medium and below) and how close you are. As far as graphics quality, a computer monitor is best...as far as bang for your buck, and SIZE for your buck (ahem)...TVs are the best...
