Upgrading for real, need suggestions on parts

I'm going to be getting a new motherboard, CPU, POSSIBLY power supply and POSSIBLY video card. I am going with a dual-core e8400, not sure on the motherboard (need advice), not sure on the Power Supply.. with 750 be enough for future upgrades or do I need to upgrade to 900? As for the video card.. what do you guys think? Should I stick with my 3870X2 or get a 9800GX2?

I'm planning to return my CPU and motherboard as well as my 8800 GTX.. that alone should yield me a good 600 bucks.

I hear crossfire board is a lot better. Did you end up getting 8 gigs? lol or 4

4. I'm debating on whether I should return the 2 parts that I would like to Newegg or sell them to someone I know (maybe one of you guys). If in fact you guys want the motherboard and/or the CPU hit me up on Ventrilo. I've also got a video card (8800 GTX) that I could sell as well.
