I really don't understand what is going on with TS3 but, I was just playing BF2 when all of a sudden, I get kicked from server thinking one of the admins kicked me. It actually wasn't an admin I don't think but, I lost connection to the server and TS3. Now when I try to connect, It says "error" after connecting for a few seconds on TS3 of trying to get on. Everything was working perfectly fine. I can connect to the internet and play bf2. I tried entering the info for the server on BF2 to play and, the TBG server is down I guess??? not quite sure what's going on???

For ts3 i would recommend re-downloading teamspeak 3 with the same info you currently have.

Can you connect to the bf2 server now? I have no problem.

Sounds good. I'll try re-downloading ts3 again to see if that resolves the issue. I cannot connect to the BF2 server. It states, "I have failed to connect. Please check my internet connection and try again"

You could also turn off your modem for 15 seconds and turn it back on and see if you can connect to bf2.

tried to re-download ts3. still the same issue. with BF2, I can't even connect to the TBG server. I have no idea what's going on. Let me try to turn off the modem for 15 seconds. hopefully this works. Shit was working perfectly fine.

got to be something on your end. I am sure whatever it is, it should be temporary.

I hope it's temp. I tried shutting off/on the modem and it's still the same issue, hopefully, this will be resolved asap. this is frustrating.

hopefully someone else can come up with other alternatives.

any luck with TS3?

I actually called my ISP and they said that everything is fine and that the site or the server could be the issue. he even stated it is a temp thing. Guess, I'll try tomorrow to see if I can connect to ts3. no ts3 for now tho. Bummer!

My ISP also blamed our NY location when i told them i couldn't connect to our own servers. Then they finally admitted it was a routing issue after 30 calls in 4 days and concluded as long as my packet loss is not 6 or greater that they won't pursue this anymore. Pretty retarded response and i was at 4% constant packet loss each of my last 5 routes. I have to go back to my DSL now. ISP will do whatever it takes to put the blame on someone or something else ;)

Silly question did you restart your computer by chance?

That sucks. Yes I did. I restarted it twice. I took out the adapter cable out from the modem for 15 seconds, plugged it back in...got nothing. Called my ISP, they said "everything was fine" on my end. the next thing they told me was "it could be a problem with the server" I dunno if that's true or not but, I also tried to connect to other bf2 servers...I was able to connect. For some reason, it seems to be only the |TBG| clan that I seem to be getting this error when I try to join the server. No bueno on TS3 either. Keeps giving an "error" message. I wanna play. darnit! I hate playing on the other servers cause its such a havoc with aimboters and nade spammers. lol.

I am getting frequent disconnects from TS and BF2. It will usually begin with a few instances of brief lag. Then, I will get disconnected from one or both. Frequently our phone will cut out also. I had Comcast in a few weeks ago and they felt the problem was an old connector where it enters the house. Guess they were wrong.

What was the last thing you remember doing before the issue 'resolved' itself?

taking out the plug from my modem for 15 seconds and placing it back in and, Calling my ISP.

Ah. That might have been what fixed it.

I've had similar things happen where my internet starts acting weird. Usually when I unplug the power cable from my modem, wait, then plug it back in, it fixes it almost every time.

I must of probably taken out the cord from the modem about three times, I tried everything. from restarting my comp to removing my cache in my BF2 folder...When I called att, seems that they fixed the issue. they sent some signals to my modem n what not. within about 20mins after I talked to them, everything went smoother..a bit faster too. I'm just glad I'm back up n running to kick your butts in BF2. Who wants some??? hehe
