I have taken some photos of city hall for the in-game details. But that def helps with understand where those details should go! Very useful view!

No - FarCry2. The map making community is huge for this game. I am enjoying it! Plus you get to play on them... even better!
 
Not sure if you saw this but you can change the angles from that view by clicking the 1/2 circle to change 90 degrees
