"nig" is a racial slur picked up by the filter. you were auto ban for a racial slur, a head admin will respond shortly
 
what part of no racial slurs did you not get? It clear tells you not to use it. As for the context, who cares. But my guess you were calling someone this.

I think there's a difference between outright racism and saying half of a word with no context
 
also, 'nig' itself is not a racial slur, and can stand for many things (national institute of genetics, for example)

I understand you have a 'no racism period' policy, but banning someone when they weren't even being racist is pretty unfair

according to what? as far as I know, 'nig' itself is not a recognized racial slur. you might want to modify your rules to reflect this.
 
I find it cute when people like you try to justify...Let me make this easy... Nig is short form of the word I am a spammer and both words are not allowed on our public servers. And from the chat log I posted, clearly you were calling that specific person a nig. I spoke English here and not jibberish. We don't need to modify anything. We allow any other word but racial or anti-semitic.
End of story. Play on our other servers or don't but your ban will not be lifted on this server.
