love this place the ucavs are always fresh and delivered in a timely manner with special orders with whine and cheese on the side

thats the things about home inspections they dont open things up. with the age of the house you would most likely be best to totaly rewire done alot of renos the old wireing can be a nightmare such as is it copper or aluminum they dont mix and how many hiden junction boxs are you going to find

dont know you but have played against you im a firm believer in second chances if you are truly going to leave everthing at the door then great. if my opinion counts then buy all means come on in and play but know its most likely going to be watched to see what happens anyway best of luck
