Well, I did the ride this morning and it went really well, I had tons of energy and was flying along-for the first half of the ride.
After that I just didn't feel right, and no wonder because my sugar levels plummeted down into the 30's (normal range is 70-110), made me nauseous which made me vomit-but only five or six times.
Thank goodness for small favors, right? The sad part was that even though I corrected the sugar levels, the nausea stayed with me the whole ride with me periodically leaning to one side for a second taste of everything I'd ingested today. Toothbrush, mouthwash anybody? lolz
