Sig blocks and avatars

Hey guys I have a question:

I have been trying to load an avatar on my profile, and find a nice sig block but unfortunately I'm not really that savy on how to set it up.

do you guys have any advice? 047

yeah for avatars dont upload just upload it to imageshack and find this in your account settings
Use remote avatar
Please type full address to image

Put the link of the image you uploaded to image shack there. If you still need help give me the links you want to be put in your avatar and signature. Be sure for avatar the limit is 120 by 100 or something like that.
