Reserve slot not working for BF4

Hello,

My reserve slot is not working as of 2 days ago on BF4 servers. The account is paid till next year.

Should be good to go now, let us know if it does not work. Can take 1-2 games to take effect, sometimes instant.

It was working but not anymore. Sitting in B4 All maps Q18
 
I hit with a refresh of sorts, both of you should be good but let us know.
