Additional comments He is Brazilian, just like me, and he has already been banned from three Brazilian servers that we play on because of this and other things he has been caught doing. Now he only plays on American servers, because he has already been banned from the Brazilian ones.

I dont believe there is a way to ban someone after they left. They have to be in the server. I will have to verify :/
