He does not meet the threshold yet, IMO. He does not have large numbers of kills with most weapons, so a very small sample size. He does, however, have multiple name changes on this account, one of which has already been tagged as suspicious in the less than 2 weeks it is active. I am banning him out of an abundance of caution.

Also, most of us have moved on to BF1 (and BF4). EA giving BF3 away for next to nothing has not helped with former hacks getting back in on the cheap.

The issue isn't about implementation, it's about the potential for abuse.
