Well I have to say if you are reporting because he is shooting with “no recoil” and it doesn’t show him shooting at the enemy is very common while using spectate mode. That’s a very well known bug for years. I didn’t see any twitching and his stats on GameMe shows 15% with that weapon which is very normal.
