Ping whitelist?

Hi, I've played on TBG quit a bit over the years and usually lived in the US and had no issues. I recently moved to Singapore and my ping is obviously a lot higher than it used to be. The problem I'm having is that I'm hovering near the cut off, as some days I can play many rounds without even getting a high ping warning. Other days I get kicked within the first round.

So my question is, would it be possible to be placed on a whitelist, if one exists, to not be kicked for my ping?
 
Is this possible? was just playing with some friends yesterday on one of your servers and got kicked for ~230-240 ping
 
You now have immunity to the kicker on the server you frequent the most which is the BF4 all maps server.
