My son wasn't able to play 2142 because we changed our email address since install. He got a CD Key error. We updated email with EA in January, but now it doesn't match the CD key which was installed prior to the new email. Went through live chat and it was no help (suprise!) and they said to uninstall and reinstall. I went to get the 1.4 patch and it will not download from the EA ftp site. It stops before it is finished.

Is there another source for the patch? I thought I had it saved on my system, but I was wrong. Now I get to get his NS reactivated and then repatch, again.
 
I stand corrected, it is already 1.4, just need to activate NS I guess.

Yeah, I got it done. I already had 1.5 and his NS worked when I did it.
