C4 jumping is happening a lot lately , I wanted to be sure it is still being enforced.

it is, i am banning when i see them on a roof they shouldn't be. I don't kick for that crap anymore I ban. They should know better as it is very clear before you join the server and can be irritating. But obviously if they are able to get on a roof without c4 roofing is permitted.
