October Is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Here are some facts that a lot of people don't know! One that is not listed below is that ALL women over the age of 20 should preform a self breast exam once a month! SO ladies FEEL YOUR BOOBIES and guys get your wives to feel hers and hey help if it suits you!! Early detection is key to the survival rate!!
* “1 in 8 or 12.6% of all women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetimeâ€Â
* “An estimated 182,800 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed this yearâ€Â
* “Approximately 42,200 deaths will occur in women from breast cancer this year.â€Â
* “Breast cancer risk increases with age and every woman is at risk.â€Â
* “Every 13 minutes a woman dies of breast cancer.â€Â
* “Seventy-seven percent of women with breast cancer are over 50.â€Â
* “Approximately 1400 cases of breast cancer will be diagnosed in men this year and 400 of those men will die.â€Â

* “White women have a higher incidence of breast cancer than African American women after age 40. In contrast, African American women have a higher incidence rate before the age of 40 and are more likely to die from breast cancer at every age.â€Â
