No, it just signs you up for their newsletter, but gives you access to the beta too. It will probably be a beta anyone can get their hands on though in all reality.

Awesome! Hopefully they can get the bugs ironed out. Unless it's like BF4 where I don't get any issues in the beta and at release it's a hot mess... LOL
