You mean I can get there by cheating and not putting lots of time in? Damn, why didn't someone tell me this sooner?
 
He is a hacker, he used some sort of cheat because you cannot get that high of a score in 3 rounds even on conquest killing every single person. I don't even think stat padding would get you this high.
