Get up ,walk to the bathroom to pee ,bend over to lift the seat and your back goes out.

That was the start of my day yesterday morning followed by a Trip to the docs , shot in the ass that really hurt and some medication .

All the crazy shit I have done in my life and a toilet seat takes me out.....
 
Could have been worse, maybe turning away from somebody to sneeze and throwing your lower back out? Cortisone shot? Yea, those suck.
 
Oh please don't let this happen to me. Wait, helping wife after she twisted her ankle this fall - result wastorn muscles in my back and flexaril.
 
Simple solution, make her raise the seat when she's done. It's for medical reasons after all lol. Seriously, I know the feeling with 2 herniated discs in my lower back. Fuck getting shots in the back, not only does it not do anything but block the pain for a day or two, it hurts getting them so why bother? Anyway, I hope your back feels better soon.
 
Lol... I've had my back/neck pop out from leaning over sink with one hand on counter as i brushed my teeth last month


On a diffrent note when i was in jr high i had a really high fever/flu. I was trying to get ready for school at home it was last basketball game of season. Went to bathroom to take a piss and blacked out cracked my head open on our old fahioned tub and blocked the door with my weiner still hanging out of my unconcious body. Dad had to punch threw the door and rip it off to get to me. Got staples brain wave test and other shit at hospital. Doc said to never stand and take a piss with high fever it lowers your blood pressure and u can black out sometimes.

That's funny , I did ask her to leave it up for now . I can move and sit today but not for extended amount of time. Heating pad is helping also .
 
That's why i sit when i pee and don't offer a seat on the bus. lol.

I once turned my head too fast when responding to my gf, neck sore for a fucking month.
