i saw this vid on TV this morning....It aint my kinda music...but this chick has a set of pipes! kinda like a gothic version of Avril Lavigne...

Doesn't seem like its sinked the music and her singing, don't get me wrong the words matched what she was singing, just looked like she was putting more.... effort?... feeling?... into the words we were seeing than the ones we were hearing if any of that makes sense. Granted she does have pipes... but I think shes got more from the way she performs in the video.

I actually kind of liked it. It's not my type of music either but ever once in a while I like a slower song. She's obviously got a following because the video has 11 million hits but I'm surprised I never heard of her either. The funny thing is she is from Philadelphia which is my neighborhood.

i watched some of her other vids too. Shes badass with a guitar. I broke out my Martin, and spent 2 hours tryin to play some of her licks. haha

This is a well done song. I'm so sick of hearing all these pop/conglomerates ass rape the music with auto-tune.

Even though my favorite type of music is electronica, I don't normally listen to modern 'Trance' or 'Techno'.
