So online right now there seems to be alot of hate for dub-step. However, this group seems to be vary open to included the taste in music. So i wanted to know what you guys thought of these two soungs

First one has been used in commercials or something. I don't believe the artist actually classifies the song/album as dubstep. General mixture, add it to the fact putting labels on things is bad mmmmkay. Its good shit and it has its place.

As far as Lindsey goes I listen to her shit. But her sound is 100% the same no matter what she does at this point and she has yet to get past her first year dance lessons. She actually looked a little lazy in this one but its probably excusable when your standing on ice!
 
Yeah the first track is more towards pop with a dubstep bassline.

The second is bleh to me; I just don't think violin + synthesizers is good. It's decent though.

I personally dislike dubstep because it's like the retarded brother of drum'n'bass (where it actually originated I think).

Rather than dubstep, I'd rather listen to anything on bassdrive get the same "vibe." Much more intelligent and sophisticated music (generally speaking) than dubstep imo.
