Over the past several hours we have experienced several DNS issues causing several errors and issues. Please note these DNS issues can also result in your client getting stuck on "Contacting Server". If this occurs please use the numbered IP address to connect to your server! This number IP address can be found on your SERVER LIST page of your control panel!

Please note there is no need to submit a support ticket regarding this issue and all hostnames should be restored shortly! If you have any other issue feel free to submit a support ticket via the CUSTOMER SERVICE link in your control panel!
