This feature will not let you talk in Ventrilo at the same time as when you are playing a game. To fix this follow these simply instructions.
1. On the bottom left of your screen look for a Windows Logo and Left-Click it
2. Look for Control Panel
3. Switch to Control Panel Home view
4. On the top right of the Control Panel look for (in green) User Accounts and Family Safety (Left-Click)
5. Left-Click User Accounts
6. On the bottom middle Left-Click Turn User Account Control on or off
7. Now it says Turn on User Account Control (UAC) to make your computer more secure
8. UNCHECK [X] Use User Account Control (UAC) to hlep protect your computer
9. Restart your PC when your ready
