Well hello strangers,

First off just wanted to say hi! I've been MIA for awhile. I've been busy with school, work.. you know, life. So, I've been dying to get back into gaming some and finally got the green light from the wifey. So, I just finished my build and wanted to post some pics/specs. I'm waiting on corsair to send me some more drive bay covers to hide some of the wiring exposed. The Note 10 takes some stupid good pictures... I don't see all that dust when looking at everything, lol. Any questions feel free to ask.

Case-Corsair 678c
It's a silent case. Very clean and basic looking. I didn't want anything gamer looking or filled with rgb lighting. It's not my style. Air flow is pretty painful but Thermals have been amazing though.

PSU- Corsair HX 850i

Motherboard - ASUS Z390 Maximus Code

CPU- I9-9900k

AIO- Corsair H115i Pro

GPU- EVGA 2080 Super

RAM- 16GB XPG Spectrix 3200 MHz
Might replace one day with Corsair Dominator Platinum. Just had this laying around so used it.

FANS - All Corsair ML PRO fans, no rgb. 140mm rear, 3 120s front, and 3 on the AIO.

SSD- 1TB 970 Pro NVMe

Keyboard- Ducky One with Black Switches and added O rings to all the switches, 60A hardness.

Mouse- Logitech G Pro Hero

Headset- Sennheiser GSP 670 Wireless

Mat- Steelseries Qck XXL mat

Monitor- ASUS VG278Q 1080p 144hz
Looking to get the ASUS ROG Swift PG279QZ in the near future.

Hey @Chocolate_Ch3rry

Congrats on your new build and happy new year!

If you add any more EVGA hardware to it, feel free to use my associate code (XX95PJN1T76IONP) at www.evga.com and save between 5 and 10 percent on your purchase. :) Enjoy that sweet new system.

Very nice build , have you considered the G-pro wireless, 0 lag long battery life if you turn the lights off just a thought, i Iove mine

I did actually. I just didn't want to have to worry about keeping it charged. I know they have that charging mouse pad, but I wanted a large mat. Also wired mice don't bother me anyways. How long does your battery last?

My headset I went wireless, but I have a under desk hanger with the charging cord attached, so it's effortless to plug it in.

nice pc cherry and hope to see you soon in my cross hairs soon.. id get a new keyboard and mouse though ugh

Normally I rock the K65 and M65 from corsair. I wanted to change it up. I'm heavy handed on typing and also while gaming so I wanted to try the black switches. I absolutely love this keyboard and black switches.. I added the o-rings just to eliminate the loud clacking of the key bottoming out. The mouse is ok, again a change. I'm used to the heavy M65. Seems to be working good so far. Any recommendations from your usage?

Just some updates. I got the Drive covers in and changed it up for the Pro wireless mouse and the wireless charging pad. Also added a couple more fans, 140 at the bottom and another 120 on the top.

Do you have the fans on the bottom as an intake or exhaust?

Its a silent case. So the front 3 fans don't really pull in any air. So I have 1 on the top near my AIO as an intake and one on the bottom near the PSU as an intake to help pull in cool air. Air is exhausted out the rear and pulled through the AIO.

Its hard to tell in the photo's, but is that 5 intake fans? Lol

Correct, can't hear a thing sitting right next to it with perfect Temps. I didn't need the bottom and top ones but figured why not since the front ones don't move a lot of air due to the case design.

Have you used the Sennheiser GSP 670 Wireless yet? If so how is it? My spouse needs a headset.

I have been using them. They are amazing. Hands down the best headset I've ever used and trust me I've used a lot. Sound quality is great, they are extremely comfortable and the battery lasts forever.
