TF2 AFK timer

The AFK timer seems borked, its kicking for AFK after about 1 minute. Tabing out a moment or checking your dropped items will get you booted. Don't remember it like this at all last week. We were chilling on Turbine, but i imagine its on all servers.
 
yeah, it used to be removal to the team select menu after 15 sec but really no afk kick.
 
That was already changed yesterday but required a restart. I wasnt going to do that since the server was full. Should be fine now.

I saw guys in there yesterday but with no tags. Be sure to add them tags :)
 
Also it will only kick you after 5 mins if there are 28 or more players. Less than 28 it will simply move you to spectator
 
fearless tricked me into coaching him and it kicked me like 20 seconds into coach mode ><
 
this current afk is unreliable had to remove it. Will put the old one back but it's a big plugin that isnt as lightweight as I would like but worked really well.
