Should always get the remote controlled ones... you can always throw it in 'reverse...'
 
A story I heard from a family friend who is a retired Fireman. I'm not sure how it all went down but I do remeber that when they went into the home the guy was somehow stuck and couldn't move. He had a bottle up his ass and a cinder block hanging from his dick. And this is BEFORE the internet was around so he had to come up with it all by himself.
