Main points below:

"Control point" type gameplay or deathmatch.

Only 4 maps.

1 weapon (scoping possible), 3 "under weapon" upgrades - EMP, Smoke(Ice), and "Push" grenades.

Very realistic gameplay with semi-newtonian pysics ("fly by wire") aka you can't accelerate indefinitely - the flight model keeps you at a max speed, but you keep your inertial movement as expected. Boost available to escape. "Silent mode" for no lighting and no hud detection at the expense of speed.

Benefit of "attaching" to a surface is increased accuracy at the expense of movement speed. Drawback of firing while detached is inaccuracy.

Realistic audio - no sound from weapons fired - just thruster/breathing/suit feedback/teamchat sounds.

Full steam integration, up to 32 players total (16 per side), dedicated servers coming soon if not available on release.

I'm considering getting it and installing windows 7 just so I can play it 0_0...

Its only 18 bucks if you get it off Steam. Looks like a good deal.

Sorry to necro a thread, but I wasn't here when it was posted, heh....

How is SH now that you've played it? I'd looked at it when it was on the Steam news and it seemed rather interesting.

It's good, but it doesn't have the content as of yet. If your going to buy it, I'd wait till they add more content.

I missed this thread as well, just looked at some gameplay, and it actually looks pretty sweet.

its very sweet
very fun
was ranked like 20 or some shit but havnt played in a few days so probably have fallen a lot
but no grav is really a lot of fun

I'm not enjoying the CPU rape lately in Borderlands, SH and even Mass Effect... Time to upgrade indeed.
