Reserve slot/white list popup

The admin chat that pops up every 5 or 10 minutes that says something about wanting a reserve slot or white listing is quite annoying. It'd be one thing it it came once when you first joined but to see it several times per round is ridiculous.

30 minutes would be a lot better or can you just have it scroll on the chat box? also one thing i do like to see scroll is the one about whining= kick, can that one scroll more often?

I can just copy and paste it again so it shows up twice before the cycle restarts.
