Well you could have NVIDIA’s ShadowPlay, that's always running in the background

Another one would be in game, go to console type "record FILENAME" without the quotes.

When you are done go back to console and type "stop" or "stop record" forget which one. You can find file in your insurgency directory (the file name you used). Upload to youtube for example
