Additional comments There is an extremely low chance it could be stats padding (which on most servers is also a permban). According to https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/kickemson he has 4400 SPM (which is impossible over 110 lvl). He also admitted to cheating in the past in chat after a while (see chat logs). If required I have screenshots of both.
Being killed by him looks like aimbot with no recoil.

I checked his stats on our other servers, I dont see anything that stands out. We dont ban for stat padding for years now as EA/DICE no longer enforced that either (they used to reset your stats)

My apologizes for the wrong server selection. The server he was on is not available in the dropdown "! ! [TBG] 60HZ | RUSH ALL MAPS | ALL WEAPONS | TBGCLAN.COM"

Now https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/kickemson/history should be obvious that he is actually not statspadding but cheating. On the 1st of January his SPM was at 3500 and on the 8th of January it was 4400 SPM and since then has been hovering there.

He got awared the RUSH and CONQUEST service star on a Conquest server.

It is a weird decision to not ban for stats padding, because nearly all stats padding is done to hide cheater stats. His accuracy & HS/K and all other stats are far too low to explain such a high SPM, K/D, KPM particularly for the MG4 - that is what is truly standing out. But if he did cheat & stats padding, you can't know, because the stats are being manipulated.
Welp anyways, BF4 has so many cheaters and netcode is horrible compared to BF1, I just go play there instead of here.
