I'm pretty sure he just proned while sprinting, doesn't look fast enough to be a slither. Also, Goku plays on the server pretty much every day and I've never seen him movement glitch

nope, it is the movement glitch, doesnt need to be that fast to do it.
An admin or headAdmin who has more experience should confirm. waiting for their response....
he used the train chair to do the glitch...

I agree, going prone near an object does push you a little but nothing compared to doing a rouzou.

I'm going to agree with @Yekkz here, I see him panic moving and hitting prone.

I don’t think that was intentional but it can be viewed as a slither given the distance he slid.
