Given they did not own all the flags on the map, this player should not have gone to your main base.

I have banned this player for 3 days as warning.

Well, no. You can only shoot into spawn if player(s) shoot out. Base raping in itself is not allowed.
Note, This rule does not apply for Metro or Lockers in BF4

Yes however, if your team has lost all flags, then this rule is nullified. There is no way we are going to hold back an entire team from attacking your main base. Naturally this is what the majority would do and makes no sense to take action on a number of people like that. That is like clearing out almost half the server.

If your team has lost all flags, you have the !surrender option you can use to end the round if you want dont want to push out anymore.
