I would say maybe but not enough in the stats. A video shooting through walls or one shotting you will help.

He has 115% accuracy on his REX.

You can get over 100% accuracy on shotguns due to firing multiple pellets.

But the REX is a pistol. This means he had not only never missed a shot, he has on average hit multiple people with every shot.

He has 350 kills and over 2000 shots fired so it isnt a sample size issue.

He has either cheated or has done some boosting.
