Looks like they are, sadly. Before I drastically ban every single one of these individuals, there is now a yell message scrolling every 10 mins warning them the consequences of abusing it.

Also the warning message is now in the loading screen.

And if the abuse happens by a good chunk of players, I will just remove that function for good from that server.
