Score alone is not proof of cheating - we require actual evidence in order to enforce player bans
 
Without any tangible evidence like a video. There is nothing we can go on. Stats only tell so much.

If you or anyone were to provide us video proof of said player that clearly shows what you are stating, then we could take action against said player.
 
I don't understand why it is so hard for you to go in the server and see it for yourself. If there are multiple reports on this guy, then clearly something is up. Everyone on the server was complaining when he was there.
 
Us as members, Admins, Head Admins. We all have lives. We have work, loved ones, etc. We are doing what we can when we can on our personal free time. If you had provided us video proof we wouldn't have to go into the server and a Head Admin could have eliminated the player from the console.

However because we weren't given video proof. We now have to hope we can connect into the server and find said player.

Just because we have the time to post on the forums does not mean we have the time to load up the game and seek out a suspicious player.

Please understand this.

This thread has run its course. You are clearly not going to cooperate with simple requests from us nor accept the explanations we give you.

We can't be on every server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Especially on a game as old as BF3. And even then when our members (Admins) are around to play, guess what? They came to play the game not police the server. Our members are players first and admins second.

So please the next time you wish to report someone provide some proof for us.
