Thanks! I dont really see concrete evidence on gameme either. Want to mention that for BAYDIRMAN_01, he has 83% one hit kill ratio with a weapon (SKS) that kills in 3 bullets, requires minimum 2 shots including a headshot to kill a 100% health player. To add on, his M9 Flashlight pistol kills have 50% hit to kill ratio, indicating he is likely killing players with less than 2 bullets with a weapon that requires 4 bullets to kill.
