Offense committed I'm not sure what you would call this. Using a sniper rifle but no weapon description is displayed in the kill log. On GameMe ; http://tbgclan.gameme.com/player_histories/events/7444052 it says, "killed United States[3] Skelbor with VEHICLE KILL/MORTAR" But he was clearly using a sniper rifle. Looks like he did this before as his chat log has a similar discussion about it.
Please provide evidence can be anything from circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos. Looks like they already got him, but just in case.
