This is the YouTube of the player in question. He normally goes by the name Kaaiju. 0SIRIS is one of his smurf accounts (originally one of his friend's account). You can see him using the account at 2 minutes 30 seconds.

I believe that the OSIRIS account SmokeynzZ linked the other day is a similar case as this one. It was either a friend's or he bought it from one of the account trading sites.

He was well known in the Australian competitive scene back in 2014 and was famously banned from competing in tournaments after the anti-cheat panel came to the conclusion that he was aimbotting. Here is a link to the thread announcing his ban from CyberGamer tournaments (the #1 competitive league in AUS).
