I think we need to wait on this one. A number of linked accounts which may be him, but can't prove definitively. The fact he was in a Hummer and had you pinned. His other weapons do not show enough info yet.

We can wait he'll probably show up again. He seems to turn if off/on whenever he wants so I will have a hard time to catch him in video again.
