Just as a side note. He runs around with a sniper and 44 magnum. Also, if you look at his player stats on the server http://tbgclan.gameme.com/playerinfo/5759396. You will see his insane 88%+ headshot per kill with snipers and the 44.

Not saying you are wrong, but if you mount the right scope with magnum you can snipe with it. I just dont know what kind of scope he uses.
