Evidence: Was alone, not in a squad, had a KD of 73-3 at the time of writing this. From the time I started writing this report to typing the beginning of the "Evidence" tab, he gained about 30 kills.
Comments The entire team was calling him a cheater, and they were also making a note of the fact that he was BACK. Meaning he had been on the server recently before, cheating, and STILL not been banned. By the time I finished this sentence, he was up to about 130 kills. It is now 11:44 PM and I started at 11:40 PM.
