he is using a drone that ive never seen being used before, with guns on top of it and a rolling bot, not eod but like a mini tank type and he is only level 13 or 16 or something, not sure if thats permitted or not.

I have had a suspicious run in with this guy on the BF4 servers also, but he didn't stick in the server long enough for me to put anything solid together.

Rawr is only available on dragon teeth maps.

If the player is using on any other map then that's BS. TDM doesn't have dragon teeth maps.
