Comments He was just in your INF server, and was creating a ruckus. He was pulling off some impossible shots.
One of them was where he was on the helo pad and headshotted a teammate in front of me, and then in a millisecond, headshotted me as well. And we were both a good distance apart from each other outside of E. You can see the complaints in the chat log about this.
Something just doesn't add up with him, and I don't think it's the higher ping he has.
