Punkbuster on while not playing Battlefield 4?

So today my PC was working slow, decided to turn process explorer on and look at whats using up my CPU, i go to see and i see PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB.exe using my cpu, Wasn't that much but i decided to ask you guys on TBG to see why this is happening. Thanks!

It is a process that runs in the background all the time. If it is causing high CPU utilization I suggest uninstalling then reinstalling it from the punkbuster website. Once Imstalled make sure you open punkbuster and make sure the battlefield 4 directory is selected and updated.
