Players crashing the server with big nick names ( I need help)

I'm currently on a server where some players are crashing the server, even this happened with TBG.
I'm from Brazil.
How to maintain server security?
They are constantly crashing the server and we want to know how to avoid these players.
Friends created a Brazilian BF3 server.

This is the only way that works until ea fix this, but i don't see any hope about it. Since 2021 happening, some months are more agressive, others are less, and they already know about that. Very sad.

Battlefield Agency stopped banning player like this because EA was taking this serious, and for avoid the problem they quite for banning crasher people.

The server crashes have been happening to other servers as well, and have been discussed on Reddit [1][2]. Sadly, there seems to be no reliable patch for this.
