Might not be aimbotting but he's definitely wallhacking, not even clans like Cloud9/Envy etc pull off that sort of SPM.

You're confusing SPM with General SPM. SPM is broken because of XP boosts and double XP.
General SPM is what you would be looking at to see if someone is hacking (like in BF3).

prefire and spm have no correlation, you need to show us proof, stats, capture video etc...

Can't show either,, all I can say is i've only ever accused 3-4 people of cheating since 1942, him being one of them, its extremely rare I make a hacusation. If he isn't wallhacking or aimbotting he has to have the greatest intuition known to man.
