Player mistakenly banned?

Was in game (BF3 Conquest) at about 1150 PM EST on 8.9.18. The player aka TonioPompier was banned for slur while raging at some hackers. I believe it was in Spanish and possibly autoban by mistake (mispelled word?). I just want to bring this to your attention. Hate to see a player banned for no reason if indeed it was by mistake.
