I used to do roofing. On one job I was on a 2-story house up in some heights that had a pretty steep hiking trail behind it so it was a very steep drop (on 2 sides of the house). If I fell off I'd either end up paralyzed or dead, so the way I look at it I was risking my life up there and I didn't get a tip for it but waiters/waitresses expect a tip? Sheeeit. We weren't installing regular roofing shingles either, they were stone coated steel shingles that had to be bent and cut a lot so it took longer. They're badass shingles though!

About the 20 cents, if you're gonna tip, that's odd. Maybe he thinks his signature is worth a lot haha

You're only hearing one side of the story from the cockmunch owner named Tommy Up (seriously who the fuck changes their last name to up). I live in the area and PYT is known for good food and terribly bad service.

Supposedly McCoy experienced that shitty service and felt he should let them know. He's been in Philly for several years now and nothing about him being an asshole has come to light prior to this.

Yeah, I've read a lot of conflicting stories of this...makes me lean toward McCoy's version.

Mr. Pink says it best, if it's extraordinary service, I'll tip. Maybe they only refilled Mr. McCoy's drink twice, when he wanted it refilled 6 times?
