Need help with clan TAGS

For some reason, EA will not allow me to use [ ] - it says

• ID contains a prohibited word or character

I only have TBG in my profile..

BF1.. I think it uses whatever is setup in the platoon you are in. So.. Join the TBG platoon if you are going to play BF1.

It's probably because your not in the platoon yet if it's BF1 as Cowbell said. If it's BF4 make sure you are using the web browser as Cowbell showed as picture and not the new centralized platform.

I changed it on Origin.. now i have to wait 3 days I think before I can get rid of the extra TBG

That's because you changed your name in EA account lol, just go back in your EA account and remove TBG. You are almost there
